Monrif is a financial investment holding company operating in the following sectors: publishing, printing, hotels, real estate, internet and multimedia technologies.
The most important investments are represented by the 62% of share capital of Poligrafici Editoriale Group (publisher of the “Il Resto del Carlino”, “La Nazione” and “Il Giorno”) and by 100% of Emiliana Grandi Alberghi S.p.A., a company that operates in the hotel business with three owned structure between Bologna and Milan with a total of about 530 rooms, as well as two hotels under management. The value of the group’s property and hotel assets is particularly major.
During the 2009, the group has achieved about 263,1mn euro in terms of turnover, 17,2mn euro in terms of Ebitda and a net profit of about 1,7mn euro.
