In June 2009 Gruppo IPG Holding holds 27% of the share capital of Interpump Group S.p.A.
Interpump Group S.p.A. is the worldwide leader in the design and production of professional high pressure piston pumps, power take-offs and hydraulic pumps.
During 2009, the group has achieved about 342,9mn euro in terms of turnover, 46,9mn euro in terms of Ebitda and a net profit of about 14mn euro.
The company has recently approved a capital increase for a maximum amount of 50mn euro. The new shares granted warrants without considaration which can be exercised during the next four years for a maximum of additional 62,5 milion euro.
