Borletti Group holds 30% of the share capital of Printemps, the second largest department store in France. The remaining 70% of the capital is held by Reef (Deutsche Bank Group).
The company ends its financial year on 31 March.
During the financial year of 2008 Printemps reported total revenues of 657,2mn euro, EBITDA of 48,9mn euro and a net loss of 59,7 mn euro, after having expensed non-recurring charges of some 15 mn.
Based on the information available, during the financial year of 2009 profitability was in line with that of the previous year.
