From February 2008 TIP, through Tamburi & Associati division, has become a member of Corporate Finance International (CFI), international partnership among merchant banks operating in M&A advisory, focused on medium-sized companies based in the following countries: Usa, Canada, Germany, Holland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain and Switzerland.
Members of CFI are a variety of independent advisory firms, with a remarkable experience in M&A cross border and locally on medium-sized companies, based in the main industrial areas of North America and Europe, such as: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Breme, Cardiff, Chicago, Lisbon, Cleveland, Detroit, Dusseldolf, Rotterdam, Toronto and Zurich.
The North American and European partners of CFI have been chosen for the common distinctive characteristics, as:
- focus on medium size companies;
- high expertise in industrial key sectors;
- outstanding positioning in the territory;
- flexibility and independence;
- network of contacts in the territory, also with important family offices.
CFI partnership has the aim for TIP to strengthen its international positioning, in order to support its clients and investee companies, that have become more and more similar to “multinationals”, in the several M&A cross border transactions and in international growth.
